This guide aims to contribute to supporting the development of local SMEs in the field of gastronomy and to their promotion. At the same time, it aims to contribute to increasing the supply of local food products, but also to better promote them and the consumption of local products.The three main objectives of the guide are:Handbook for SMEs in local gastronomy
- Contribute to an increase in the offer of local food products.
- Create a pro-active collaboration of all stakeholders in local gastronomy. This will provide medium and long-term security in terms of food availability at county level.
- Develop a healthy lifestyle guide that will also increase demand for local products.
- Describing the socio-economic and environmental benefits of local products.
- Presenting a list of main public authorities, NGOs, hubs, and other stakeholders and describing their role in relation with food SMEs: advisory, supporting and promoting.
